T.G.I.F. with Matt Dawgs: #430

Good day to you all and welcome to We Want Insanity. I am your host for today, Matt Dawgs and this is my column. Today is the end of the work week and the time to look back at all the goings-on over the past seven days as I wrap it up with a bow and spout it out bit by bit. Buckle up. Enjoy the ride.

IMPORTANT MATT NOTE:: I am hoping that you readers have taken the time to lend a hand and donated to the JAIDAN STRONG cause for me. I’d really appreciate it if you did; as little as $5 can go a long way. If not, it isn’t a big deal but please at least SHARE THE LINK. I get that finances can be tough for some but taking the time to share a link via your social media doesn’t cost a dime. I’d appreciate it greatly as one of your friends or family members may be able to help out. Thanks.

BONUS MATT NOTE: In what is going to become a HUGE news story for WWE in the coming weeks, Enzo Amore has been released from his contract due to rape allegations made against him by a fan from an alleged incident in October. A woman has come forward to accuse Enzo Amore of raping her in an Arizona hotel room after being drugged by her friends and left with Amore. One of the “friends” of said accuser is denying such an incident took place and posted text messages and a video noting that she had texted him claiming that they had sex and that she was lying next to a “famous wrestler” while he slep which is a far cry from her being physically assaulted. That being said, that does NOT make her story a lie. Police are investigating the case and are waiting on lab results to come back. Whether true or not, this is NOT good news for Enzo or the WWE. According to Enzo’s social media feed, he was 100% in Arizona at a concert before traveling for WWE on the date in question. His firing comes from the likely scenario that he was under investigation and DID NOT notify WWE as well as the alleged drug usage in the hotel room according to the victim who claims they used cocaine. The minute he knew he was being investigated, he should have informed WWE management instead of them being blindsided by the news.

- Through his attorney’s, Enzo has released the following statement: "Over the last two days, Philomena Sheahan has made multiple public allegations against Eric Arndt (also known as Enzo Amore with the WWE), including allegations of sexual misconduct concerning an October 2017 incident in Phoenix. Mr. Arndt fully and unequivocally denies these accusations. He is cooperating with the authorities in this matter and looks forward to having it resolved in a timely manner. Neither Mr. Arndt nor his counsel will be making any further public comments on this matter."

- If you are wondering why WWE kept Enzo around despite him having so much heat on him, here is why. 205 Live was scraping the bottom of viewership on the Network prior to his arrival on August 22nd. From his debut to last week it was a Top 10 show on the Network. This week, the first episode WITHOUT HIM since his debut failed to crack the top 20 in viewers on the Network.

- Daniel Bryan confirmed that Enzo Amore is no longer with the WWE and that the title is vacant. He then announced that a new 205 Live General Manager will debut next week and that person will decide how to resolve the title situation. My assumption is that the GM will be the debuting Rockstar Spud. My only hope with all this however is that Ricochet is not banished to this show to try and save it. They need to bring back Neville.

- In the other big news of the week, Vince McMahon announced on Thursday that the XFL will return in January 2020. He said the league will be different this time around and more focused on football rather than storylines, etc. He noted that they will NOT accept any convicted felons in the league nor those who have political agendas as they are not welcome on the football field. He plans on making this a streaming concept noting that ratings do not matter as much as they did years ago when he first attempted to launch. He also noted that he is 100% the sole owner of the league saying that he wants total control over whether it succeeds or fails. He said that once the league is fully functional and operating at a gain, he will consider selling off franchises to others thus making it like the NFL where he is the owner but people own individual franchises. The goal is for family friendly football and to have shorter games and quicker action. We will see if he can succeed but I believe he has a much better shot now at being successful due to learning from his mistakes rather than trying the exact concept as before.

- SH*T SHOW. That is the best description of RAW that I can use to describe the 25th Anniversary Show from this past Monday. I will give credit where it is due as always because the opening segment was all sorts of awesome and even at 72 years old, Vince McMahon is such a great performer. Austin is Austin and once again shows that WWE today doesn’t have “larger than life” characters on the current roster because he has a super duper star aura about him that maybe only John Cena has and no one else on the entire roster has. It is crazy. From there though, the entire show went downhill with none of the other appearances being meaningful or captivating and some even being downright wasteful.

- Despite the show not being what it could have been, it did have the largest viewership for RAW in over 4 years.

- The big glaring fact from the show was more about those that DID NOT appear on the show. There was absolutely no Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. Now look, I get it. He is the biggest star in Hollywood and his schedule is super-duper busy. But first off, WWE knew this date for a YEAR now. They should have run the date past him and see if he was able to keep his calendar clear. Mind you, due to his heavy schedule odds are he wouldn’t have been able to appear. That is fine in the end but no taped comments? Not a pre-tape of him congratulating RAW on 25 years and teasing that he will be back one day? Nothing? That was insanity only amplified by the fact that HE WASN’T EVEN MENTIONED ON THE SHOW. No one from commentary brought him up. No one said his name in a promo. Nothing. WTF?

- Next off, Lita. She wasn’t at the show so it is understandable. What is completely unacceptable however is that once the show went off the air, she tweeted her congrats to WWE on Raw being 25 and noted THAT SHE WASN’T EVEN ASKED TO APPEAR ON THE SHOW. Holy sh*t?!?!? Was that an oversight? Was WWE just being stupid. The ONLY explanation I can have for it is that Trish Stratus is going to appear in the Women’s Royal Rumble on Sunday and Lita turned it down so WWE didn’t want Lita’s crowd reaction surpassing Trish because WWE wanted to label Trish as the most popular Diva of all time and Lita could in fact rival that. If Trish doesn’t appear on Sunday then this was mind-blowingly dumb. Unless they are saving Lita’s appearance for the Rumble but last I remember, she had neck issues and that is why she retired.

- No Randy Orton? No brainer. He should have been on the show. So what if he is on Smackdown. You had Smackdown stars appear on the show. Orton was an important part of Raw for a long time and thus a backstage segment or a run in or something should have been done.

- Some of the cameos they had were pointless. Jeff Hardy, a big star who is super over was in a throw away backstage segment playing poker with the APA. Now the mid-card guys, I get. APA, Teddy Long, The Boogeyman, Ted DiBiase and the rest were all used perfectly. But MVP for example, who hasn’t been on TV in a decade, should have been in another backstage segment. Not saying to bring him back to WWE TV full time but they could have done something better with him.

- Angle backstage noted that he was going to have Lesnar, Strowman and Kane in the ring together later in the show and he couldn’t afford another incident like the last time when they were together. You know, when Braun tried to MURDER BROCK AND KANE!!!! So if that is indeed the case, why in the world did Angle, the GM, book them to be in the ring together? Isn’;t that common sense to keep them apart?

- The Undertaker. Uh….what the f*ck was that promo about? I was completely lost. Is he retiring? Is he coming back? He sounded like he was retiring because he noted that everyone has rested in peace so I guess he’s done kicking ass? I didn’t get it.

- It is noteworthy that Taker did NOT wear his MMA gloves, hat or jacket to the ring. Those are the three items he left in the ring when he lost to Roman Reigns last year at Mania.

- I also didn’t get why they didn’t do more at the Manhattan Center. I mean they had people do both shows, WWE could have done more to keep the Manhattan Center fans happy especially since they shelled out a sh*tload of money for those seats. Why not do something bigger off the air for them? After the cameras stopped rolling, Miz was laid out by Seth Rollins and the “Blackout”. Wouldn’t it have been better if Miz was cutting a promo and the glass broke and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin appeared and stunned Miz instead?

- The Revival. Some people are going to say that it is all good that they got the sh*t kicked out of them by DX and The Club all because “they got the rub” from being in the ring with them. Someone please go ask the Ascension how they are doing once they “got the rub” from the APA, Dudley’s and whoever else was in the ring on the last “SPECIAL” Raw that WWE had. If anyone takes their beating and embarrassment as anything else other than a burial then they are insane.

- Oh, as an FYI, DX was NOT on the first episode of RAW. And if you think I took HHH’s statement literally, I wasn’t. Even though DX wasn’t formed until 1997 and the first RAW was in 1993, HHH was NOT on the first RAW period. Neither was X-Pac, Billy Gunn or Roaddog. Only Shawn. So what the f*ck was HHH talking about? Even if HHH meant the Kliq, he is still 100% wrong since Razor Ramon and Diesel weren’t on the show either. ONLY SHAWN!!!!

- Don’t get me wrong, I like The Balor Club but Balor, Gallows and Anderson aren’t as “cool” as the Kliq. So if that was a passing of the torch type thing, it is kind of misplaced.

- Why is he Razor and not Scott Hall but Nash is Nash and not Diesel? While Razor is a WWE creation, he was WAY BIGGER A STAR as Scott Hall. Same with Nash. SMH.

- For those wondering, Enzo Amore was scheduled to face Goldust on Monday as a continuation from last week. The Zo-Train was supposed to interfere and then the Dudley’s were going to return and lay them out before putting Enzo through a table. So Manhattan Center fans can thank Enzo for not getting the Dudley’s as well.

- All those legends and WWE couldn’t send some to the Manhattan Center to do skits or promos in front of that crowd? They had the cruiserweights wrestling in between commercial breaks. Why not have “stars” too?

- Torrie Wilson hasn’t aged a day. Wow. Neither has Trish. Jackie and Terri on the other hand…..

- They should have done more with Bayley. Her whole gimmick when she “debuted” in NXT was that she was a HUGE MARK for the old school. She should have been swooning over everyone. They kind of did it with her skit with Trish but there was so much more that could have been done.

- Cool little Godfather/Mark Henry skit backstage. I was perfectly fine with doing stuff like that with Legends all night. Also glad that Godfather is apparently settled down and no longer a pimp. It was a fantastic gimmick during the Attitude Era that is for sure but in the PG Era, no longer good. It is kind of hard to explain to my 10 year old son what a pimp is and what hoes are. It is even harder to explain to my 5 year old daughter who is HUGE into Bayley, Sasha and Charlotte why they wrestle and AREN’T hoes like Godfather’s chicks. So I am extremely happy I don’t have to explain it.

- Still 100% confused by the continuous buildup of Daniel Bryan first with Shane and now Miz. They’re building to a match right? Bryan is going to wrestle again isn’t he?

- For those who wondered why “Stone Cold” Steve Austin didn’t speak in front of the live crowd, THIS IS WHY. He is so far and away better than everyone else in the company right now when it comes to cutting a promo. Amazing what not having to memorize a script can do.

- P.S. - SAME APPLIES TO JERICHO. Non-scripted will always be better than scripted.

- With all the woman that WWE has on the roster and the influx of women that are coming in for the Royal Rumble on Sunday, I am ok with WWE implementing a Women’s tag team championship. We already get two women’s matches per RAW/Smackdown as it is and one of them is usually a tag match, so tag team feuds and alliances would fill out the show better.

- And to make the Rumble even BETTER, Stephanie McMahon announced that she will be joining the commentary team. Also, Maria Menounos will be making her first public entertainment appearance since undergoing BRAIN SURGERY to remove a tumor as she will be the special guest ring announcer for the Women’s Rumble.

- Speaking of the Rumble, as of Wednesday WWE only had 17 participants announced.

- Unless this is some elaborate work by WWE, Ronda Rousey confirmed that she will NOT be in the Women’s Royal Rumble on Sunday to TMZ noting that she has to finish filming her latest movie in Columbia and was actually on her way there now. The next day she posted on social media a photo of her in Columbia. So she isn’t going to be in it folks.

- Bobby Roode has issued an “open challenge” for his U.S. Title this Sunday at the Royal Rumble. Is this finally where Dolph Ziggler returns? Also on the pre-show will be Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson vs. The Revival.

- This may come as a surprise to many as it certainly did to me but the plan for Braun Strowman at Wrestlemania is an I.C. title match against Miz. Sigh. They don’t get it. All these years promoting a wrestling promotion and instead of making the guy who is catching fire as world champion. WWE absolutely should have pivoted on their Roman Reigns plan because Strowman was catching fire and they could have capitalized on it.

- Miz being programmed with Strowman for Mania is the reason why Miz won on Monday against Roman Reigns as cleanly as they possibly could under the circumstances.

- Kevin Owens missed all the weekend Live Events due to an undisclosed injury. He has been working through this injury for some time now but it has gotten worse and thus WWE is limiting his ring time. He is expected to wrestle on Sunday at the Royal Rumble. He briefly wrestled on Smackdown only going about a minute and a half against A.J. Styles in a non-title match before losing.

- Someone, maybe Vince, thinks it is hilarious but this crap of having A.J. call Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn “Kami” is ridiculously stupid. It is TERRIBLE and makes A.J. sound like a dork.

- Hard to believe but Dustin Rhodes noted via social media that he has been on RAW for 23 out of the 25 years that the show has been in existence. WOW.

- Mike Bennett confirmed that he admittedly FAILED on his WWE debut and that failure has made him find a passion for wrestling again as he is working hard to succeed and get a second go around. If you haven’t seen him (since he isn’t used on TV and only used on live events), he looks FANTASTIC. He has dedicated himself to dieting and working out and is SHREDDED.

- We may have seen the last of the Singh brothers, at least on the main roster as Samir Singh revealed that he tore his ACL and will be out of action for several months as he requires surgery.

- WWE filmed a “Table for 3” episode with Kurt Angle, Shane McMahon and A.J. Styles last week. It is set to debut after the Royal Rumble on Sunday.

- As of this writing, Ricochet will be wrestling as Trevor “Ricochet” Mann in NXT. That could change but people are being told that is what he will be known as which if you ask me is pretty awesome that they are letting him be him.

- War Machine will likely debut under the names Raymond Rowe and Todd Smith.

- The finish being used at the 205 Live house shows in the matches between Enzo Amore and Cedric Alexander with Nia Jax as referee is that Alexander accidently bumps Nia. He then gets a visual pin on Enzo but no ref. Nia jets up, hits Alexander with a Samoan drop and then places Enzo on top for the pin. Clever booking. I am not sure that they are going back to running live events for 205 Live again however as attendance at both shows was poor.

- All charges against Rich Swann have been dropped citing insufficient evidence. His wife, Impact wrestler Su Yang was no longer cooperating.

- Congrats to Smackdown star Chad Gable as his wife gave birth to a daughter earlier this week.

- In a MIND BLOWINGLY STUPID situation, WWE is offering subscribers who left the Network, the next three months free including both the Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania. One would think that the only time you would NOT offer the Network free would be the ONLY TIME where you can guarantee a rise in viewership in the product which is Royal Rumble to Wrestlemania. WWE also is offered certain former subscribers a $1.99 for 3 month subscription. I am absolutely confused as to how this is even legal because WWE when it is all said and done is going to list any new subscribers they have from the free and $1.99 members for this three month period as “growth” when they report their earnings thus inflating their stock price.

- WWE is releasing a new Randy Savage DVD in May which will feature some matches never seen before on television. It is basically a bunch of unreleased footage of him.

- WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross revealed that his contract has expired with Podcast One and he will be moving to a new station soon.

- John Cena is currently in talks to adapt the famous video game character “Duke Nukem” into a feature film.

- WWE announced that the 2019 Royal Rumble will be held in Chase Field in Phoenix Arizona a.k.a. the home of the Arizona Diamondbacks on January 27th which is an OUTDOOR Baseball Stadium that seats over 40,000.

- “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle” has grossed $780 million worldwide to date. WOW.

    - Congrats to Brian Cage and longtime girlfriend Melissa Santos as Santos gave birth on Tuesday to their daughter, named Skylar. Santos is best known for her work as backstage interviewer on Lucha Underground. I am majorly surprised that she had not been snatched up by either WWE or Impact as she is HOT and isn’t like most of the wooden backstage interviewers that WWE has. Cage, who is also impressive as a worker and due to his size, has signed with Impact.

    - For those wondering, Bobby Lashley was under Impact contract until May but asked for and was granted his release. He is free to wrestle elsewhere should he get a deal.

    - Despite his deal coming up soon, Eddie Edwards and Impact are both happy with the relationship and they are in fact looking to keep him despite cost cutting elsewhere with all of the recent departures.

    - Impact is still negotiating with Rey Mysterio and are hoping they can come to an agreement by the April 22nd PPV. While no location has been confirmed, most in the company are under the impression that the show will take place in Toronto as will the subsequent television tapings. The hope is that they can lock down places in Canada moving forward since the cost is cheaper than running in Orlando due to headquarters being in Toronto.

    - In a smart change from previous Impact management, they are in fact running a show in New Orleans over Wrestlemania weekend. I am absolutely behind this and even think they should film it since it will be a hot crowd and depending on the venue, a large crowd.

Ring of Honor / New Japan / Lucha Underground / Independent / International News and Notes:

    - AXS is going to air the Long Beach shows in March LIVE like they did last year. I really hope that Mark Cuban gets involved financially in New Japan because he could be a huge help to the promotion being successful in the states.

    - Kota Ibushi has been announced for ROH’s “Supercard of Honor” show over Wrestlemania weekend in New Orleans. The only fulltime New Japan names announced are Ibushi, Kenny Omega and Hiroshi Tanahashi. They join ROH/New Japan crossovers Cody and The Young Bucks.

    - Tickets for the ROH/New Japan “War of the World’s” tour have gone on sale and the Toronto leg of the show is SOLD OUT. That is fantastic for them. WOW.

    - The Jericho vs. Omega New Japan AXS episode was the MOST WATCHED episode of New Japan on AXS in history.

    - The main event of the ROH 16th Anniversary show will be Dalton Castle defending the title against Jay Lethal. This will be ROH’s first PPV of the year and it takes place on March 9th from Las Vegas Nevada.

    - Assuming it was just because they were in the neighborhood but Dixie Carter attended the ROH tapings over the weekend in Nashville.

    - Despite having issues in the past year, Alberto El Patron is re-negotiating with AAA in Mexico and is expected to be returning soon.

    - Congrats to Joey Janella as he worked the Crash promotion in Mexico last weekend. I saw Janella when he first started YEARS ago in New Jersey and he has improved an incredible amount and has become a fairly big star on the independents. I hope his body holds up because he has done a lot of stuff over the past few years.

    - In a weird bit of news, The Great Muta worked an INDY show for PCW in Wilmington California teaming with Penta OM vs. Sami Callihan and Johnny Ultra (John Morrison). It was Muta’s first match in the U.S. in years and likely his final match in the United States.

    MMA News and Notes:

    - History was made last weekend when Stipe Miocic became the only Heavyweight in UFC history to successfully defend the title 3 times. He also did so at UFC’s detriment as UFC was hoping that Francis Ngannou was the future of not only the division, but the promotion. Instead, Stipe put a 5 round beating on him in a completely dominating fashion. Miocic was so upset at UFC for pushing Ngannou so hard at his expense that he took the title from Dana White’s hand following the win and had his trainer strap the belt around his waist, something that White always does following a title fight.

    - If he is absolutely healthy, and that is a BIG if, Miocic will likely be facing Cain Velasquez next. A healthy Velasquez is probably the only current heavyweight on the roster who can beat Miocic. The thing is, while both aged 35, Velasquez is an “old” 35 as the wear and tear of injuries has caught up to him and he has had a hard time getting through training camps injury free and hasn’t been healthy in years.

    - In the other main event of UFC 220, Light Heavyweight Champion Daniel Cormier successfully defeated Volkhan Oezdemir via TKO in the 2nd round of their title fight. Volkhan had been on quite a run winning his last few fights via KO in order to get the title shot. But Cormier either proved with the win that Volkhan wasn’t ready or that he’s just that good because he obliterated him.

    - Cormier confirmed that he plans on retiring from MMA on his 40th birthday. That day is March 20th 2019. So he has a little more than one year left of fighting in him.

    - Over in Bellator MMA, Rory MacDonald finally fulfilled his destiny by capturing his first MMA title as he defeated Doug Lima to capture the Bellator Welterweight Championship. He looked fantastic when doing so and would have been a huge star had he remained in UFC.

    - If you get a chance, google Rory MacDonald’s shin. He had a bruise on it and it looked alien like. It is a real testament to how hard he fought because it was completely abnormal looking.

    - Chael Sonnen defeated Quinton “Rampage” Jackson to advance in the Bellator MMA Heavyweight Grand Prix. That was a shocking result in my eyes as I had Jackson advancing. Chael is way undersized in this tournament and eventually it is going to catch up with him.

    - Aaron Pico continues to prove that his debut loss in Bellator was in fact a fluke as he MURDERED Shane Krutchen in 37 seconds knocking him out with BODY SHOTS. WOW.

    - UFC Middleweight Champion Robert Whitaker is in BAD shape as it has been revealed that he pulled out of his title defense vs. Luke Rockhold due to a severe staph infection that was initially misdiagnosed thus has not spread and was starting to eat at his internal organs. He is going to miss quite some time which is why the Rockhold vs. Yoel Romero fight is an interim title fight as there is no set timetable for his return.

    - In “WTF” news, Dana White confirmed that Tony Ferguson and Khabib Nurmagomedov would be fighting for the UFC Lightweight title. Not the interim title, the REAL title however in the very same breath he refused to state that Conor McGregor was being stripped of the title. Uh….what?

    - White also noted that he has sat down with CM Punk and he likes Punk a lot and plans on giving Punk another fight in UFC soon. He feels that Punk has done everything right and has been training hard since his loss and should get another opportunity.

    - White also said that he thinks Brock Lesnar will fight one more time in UFC. I have a hard time seeing that happen based on his last appearance where he failed a steroid test and is currently under suspension. He also “retired” so while his suspension is now done since he served his time, he would have to undergo at least 6 months of clean tests before he is allowed to return because he officially retired this time and pulled his name out of the drug testing program.

    - UFC has added the rematch between Rose Namajunas Rose Namajunas and Joanna Jendrzejczyk to UFC 223 in Brooklyn as the co-main event to Ferguson vs. Nurmagomedov.

    - Cris “Cyborg” Justino has confirmed that she has agreed verbally to UFC to face Amanda Nunes at UFC Fight Week on July 7th in Las Vegas. WOW.

    - Nate Diaz tweeted that he is sick and tired of watching all these fake fighters out there and that he plans on fighting again in May or June. Not sure how much weight this holds since he noted in the past that he isn’t fighting for less than $10 million and in all honesty, he is not worth $10 million. So I don’t know.

    - Demetrious Johnson revealed that he absolutely wants to fight T.J. Dillashaw next but will only do so on a “stacked card” and is eyeing International Fight Week for the fight. He’s a smart man since he will make more on a stacked card and cannot draw a PPV buyrate by himself.

    - It is the belief by some specialists and medical officials that Urijah Hall may not be able to fight again if he in fact suffered a heart attack as he claimed.

    - Let this be a lesson to anyone trying to cheat USADA and UFC. Francisco Rivera tested positive for Clenbuterol back in July 2016. At the time, a lot of people were failing for small amounts of that substance and it was revealed that it was found in tainted meat in Mexico and China so all of those failures for a pass. So Rivera claimed that is where his failure came from. The problem is, all of those other failures were minor traces of it and Rivera’s was unusually high thus not likely coming from meat. What made the situation worse is that Rivera was unable to provide any sort of documentation or evidence that he was in Mexico around the time of the drug test failure. Rivera then FALSIFIED information he provided to USADA and because of thus, his 2 year suspension for that failed offense was turned into a 4 year suspension for trying to lie to USADA. He is now suspended until 2020 when had he just taken his original suspension; he would have been eligible to fight this coming August 2018.

    - Dana White reiterated that Ronda Rousey will NOT be fighting in 2018 but he does believe we will see George St. Pierre return as well as both Brock Lesnar and Jon Jones. Lesnar would need approval from Vince McMahon to fight before August 2018 despite his contract expiring in April due to some other contractual obligation he has. Jones is the most interesting comment from White because he should be suspended for two years MINIMUM due to his last drug test failure and likely more since it is a second offense. So the fact that Dana says he will fight in 2018 means that they believe Jones will beat this drug test failure.

    - Bellator MMA has confirmed that Fedor Emelianenko vs. Frank Mir will be the next bout in the Heavyweight Grand Prix to take place on April 28th in Chicago Illinois. The winner will face Chael Sonnen sometime later this year.

    - Cheick Kongo and Javy Ayala have been named alternates for the Bellator Heavyweight Grand Prix meaning that they would be the ones to fill in due to an injury.

    - Bellator star Paul Daley revealed on Facebook that he is looking for fights in any promotion over the next 18 months before retiring because he had requested and was granted his release from Bellator. Paul Daley was apparently lying because Bellator confirmed that they have NOT released him.

    - Glory Kickboxing has named Marshall Zelaznik as their new CEO. This is a fairly big deal as Zelaznik was one of UFC’s top executives and ran their U.K. office back in 2006 before moving to become the president of WWE U.K. He then came back to UFC in 2013 becoming the Chief Content Officer and was the creator of UFC Fight Pass. He was let go in 2016 after the WME-IMG purchase.

UFC ON FOX is TOMORROW NIGHT from Charlotte North Carolina and the line-up is as follows:

  • Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza vs. Derek Brunson
  • Ovince St. Pruex vs. Ilir Latifi
  • Dennis Bermudez vs. Andre Fili
  • Jordan Rinali vs. Gregor Gillispie
  • UFC 221 is on Saturday, February 11th, 2018 from Perth Australia and the line-up is as follows:

  • INTERIM UFC MIDDLEWEIGHT TITLE: Luke Rockhold vs. Yoel Romero
  • Mark Hunt vs. Curtis Blaydes
  • Jake Matthews vs. Li Jingliang
  • UFC 222 is on Saturday, March 3rd, 2018 from Las Vegas Nevada and the line-up is as follows:

  • UFC FEATHERWEIGHT TITLE: Max Holloway © vs. Frankie Edgar
  • CB Dolloway vs. Hector Lombard
  • Stefan Struve vs. Andre Arlovski
  • UFC 223 is on Saturday, April 7th, 2018 from Brooklyn New York and the line-up is as follows:

  • UFC INTERIM LIGHTWEIGHT TITLE: Tony Ferguson © vs. Khabib Nurmagomedov
  • UFC WOMEN’S STRAWWEIGHT TITLE: Rose Namajunas © vs. Joanna Jedrzejczyk

    - THIS LINK is for LIFE. Thank you soldiers. WELCOME HOME BLOG.

    - BONUS Random ARTICLE of the week: TREMENDOUS. He will die in prison as he deserves. Hopefully he is violated sexually every single day while there and is not placed in solitary confinement. If you don’t read any of the news articles I post, PLEASE READ THIS ONE so you can see how much of a delusional piece of sh*t this f*cking guy is amd how he deserves all the pain and suffering a human can endure.

    - BONUS Random ARTICLE of the week PART 1: It’s a start and definitely a step in the right direction.

    - BONUS Random ARTICLE of the week PART 2: One day, one day I will become a vigilante and hunt people like this. I cannot continue to see stuff like this as a father of two. It sickens and angers me to the core.

    - BONUS Random ARTICLE of the week PART 3: A major murder mystery in Canada. Holy sh*t, millionaire husband and wife KILLED.

    - BONUS Random ARTICLE of the week PART 4: Had to read this article multiple times to see if it was a parody or not. WTF?

    - BONUS Random ARTICLE of the week PART 5: Good. Close down the f*cking college for harboring a pedophile and allowing him to continue practicing.

    - BONUS Random ARTICLE of the week PART 6: Great to see a story like this but the flip side is that she is the exception, not the rule. This was a once in a lifetime miracle and it will cause others to have hope for their loved ones when they shouldn’t.

    - Despite being no sign of them in any lead up to “Avengers: Infinity War”, both Samuel L. Jackson and Cobie Smulders were spotted filming on set in Atlanta this week for the untitled Avengers 4. That means that Nick Fury and Maria Hill will have lived through whatever happens in Infinity War; which by the way I am convinced that we will absolutely LOSE some of the main Avengers and any appearance they make in Avengers 4 will be in a flashback, time travel or as a Skrull. I am betting on Captain America, Thor and/or Ironman losing their life this summer in Infinity War.

    - If there is anyone out there not all in on “Agents of Shield” then I don’t want to be your friend anymore. The show is all sorts of awesome.

    - I cannot say the same about The Flash or Arrow because both shows took a dive in quality this year. While still entertaining, I may have to cut bait next season. Too much on my plate as it is and the quality isn’t worth the effort.

    - I haven’t seen the first two episodes of Black Lightning yet. Worth watching?

    - I am up to the current season of Blue Bloods. Best cop show ever? I mean, I love it. I stopped watching Law & Order: SVU because those episodes are kind of repetitive after a while and some of the stories, even though ripped from the headlines, are so over the top.

    - Damn. After the Super Bowl will be a “D-Day” on NBC’s “This Is Us” and it won’t be pretty. I cannot think of a show where a character has ever been so goddamn likeable than Jack Pearson. I am dreading this episode.

    - I have made it abundantly clear that I do not watch “Gotham” because I feel the concept is stupid. That being said, I did see clips of all that “Jerome” stuff because of the tease that he was the Joker. As it turns out, the actor who plays Bruce Wayne, David Mazouz revealed in an interview this week that the Joker will debut in Gotham this season and IT ISN’T HIM. SMH.

    - By the way, when Gotham debuted on TV it was supposed to be a prequel story as to how/why Bruce Wayne becomes Batman. They have since completely turned from that concept and no longer base anything done on the show from the comic books from my understanding which is even stupider.

    - “Mission Impossible: Fallout” is the title of the next 6th Mission Impossible film brought to us by Tom Cruise. The trailer is set to debut during the Super Bowl on February 4th.
